We are seeking a Lead Line Cook to play a key leadership role in our scratch kitchen.

- Cook items on the line by grilling, frying, chopping, sautéing and assembling dishes ,
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness organization and food safety at all times ,
- Support the Area General Manager with ordering inventory management and proper storage rotation of product ,
- Help oversee daily kitchen operations including pacing communication execution during service
