    We are currently looking to fill a Staff PT position with someone eager to contribute to our well-known reputation for exceptional patient care, successful outcomes, and outstanding customer satisfaction. We are actively searching for a skilled physical therapist to join our exceptional team.

    If you possess the necessary skills and experience, hold a valid Texas license or are in the process of obtaining one, and are seeking a rewarding position in an outpatient physical therapy environment with excellent colleagues, we would love to meet you. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform thorough evaluations of patients in an outpatient environment
    • Create a comprehensive Plan of Care to target identified issues and restore previous function levels
    • Collaborate with the Clinic Director and team members to ensure seamless care
    • Regularly assess patients for progress and adjust the Plan of Care as needed
    • Foster a positive work environment and contribute to our team-oriented culture
    • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care in our EMR system
    • Promote and embody ProActive's Core Values
    • Effectively communicate with patients and families to encourage active participation in therapy
