The Business Manager Trainee is an essential part of the operations and sales team that continues to maintain quality brand representation.

    Responsibilities of a Business Manager Trainee:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
    • Use persuasive selling techniques to guide the conversation toward a favorable outcome.
    • Anticipate and address objections, doubts, or inquiries from prospects.
    • Present pricing, payment options, and any special promotions to entice potential customers to make a purchase.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions, including addresses visited, outcomes, and any follow-up required.
    • Demonstrate a willingness to assist and a commitment to their satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
    • Participate in Business Manager Trainee programs designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the company's operations, policies, and procedures
    • Coordinate office systems and schedules for efficient practices.
    Job Qualifications:
    • A high school diploma or equivalent is required
    • Previous experience in sales, customer service or retail preferred
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with customers, understanding their needs, and explaining product features
    • Genuinely interested in helping customers find the right products or solutions
    • Efficiently managing time, prioritizing tasks, and handling multiple customer interactions are key

    The right candidate is local to the area and must have reliable transportation to and from the office daily and is able to start within 2 weeks if offered the position.
