The project manager is responsible for leading a team of professionals in completing projects by a set deadline to uphold business initiatives.
Determine and define project scope and objectives.
Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
Identify resources needed to commit to goals and manage resources effectively and efficiently.
Plan a budget based on the scope of work and resource requirements.
Track project costs committed to meet the approved budget at all times.
Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
Develop and managing project schedules and working plans for team members.
Communicate with executives of different departments to keep the project aligned with their goals.
Perform quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected.
Adjust schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change.
Manage contracts with outsources by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution.
Monitor progress and execute adjustments as necessitated.
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
5+ years of project management and related experience.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
Frequent travel will be required, domestic and international.
