Revenue Cycle Specialist (Onsite)

Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Cycle Specialist to join our team at Preferred Primary Care Physicians. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in charge entry, claims, billing, and collections.

About the Role

The Revenue Cycle Specialist is responsible for ensuring the timely submission of insurance claims, accurate posting of payments, and management of denials and accounts receivable. The successful candidate will be well-versed in all areas of the revenue cycle and able to work effectively in a high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure professional charges and claims are submitted accurately and timely
Communicate with insurance companies and office locations for medical record documentation
Recommend adjustments according to PPCP policies
Review payment and denial transactions for closing accounts
Identify and assign status codes
Review high-dollar accounts on a regular basis

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
3-5 years of experience in charge entry, claims, billing, and collections
