    As a Field Sales Territory Manager, you will play a key role in expanding the business of a regional independent agricultural retail company.

    Your primary responsibility will be to develop and manage a new territory comprising two counties.

    This pivotal role requires a strong agronomic background, excellent people skills, and the ability to drive sales growth in the region.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Develop and implement a strategic plan to expand business operations in the assigned territory.

    Identify and target potential customers, including farmers, growers, and agricultural businesses.

    Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively prospecting for new business opportunities.

    Conduct field visits and assessments to understand customer needs, provide agronomic advice, and recommend appropriate products and services.

    Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery, resolve customer issues, and optimize customer satisfaction.

    Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and market gaps.

    Prepare and present sales proposals, product demonstrations, and promotional materials to prospective customers.

    Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and terms of sale to secure profitable business opportunities.

    Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and prepare regular reports to management on territory performance and market trends.

    Participate in industry events, trade shows, and community activities to promote company visibility and enhance brand reputation.

    Provide training and support to customers on product usage, application techniques, and best practices.

    Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute sales strategies, goals, and targets for the territory.


    Salary and Benefits:

    Salary:
    $60,000 - $95,000 per year plus bonus incentives.
