Our unique technology and systems-driven approach has led us to become a leading provider of sustainable civil construction services throughout Maryland, Virginia, and DC.This is a new position designed to develop and deliver talent acquisition strategies that identifies and engages the top talent in the construction trades market. Muller Inc seeking to hire Field Sourcing Specialist to lead the implementation of sourcing strategies for our field construction operations. Ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of construction operations and general working knowledge of the commercial service industry.

Help increase and consistently build relationships in Northern Virginia and surrounding counties to generate hiring prospectsAttend industry specific recruiting events throughout our market area and provide feedback and summary of events attendedFacilitate recruiting events and other creative strategies to engage potential candidates/prospectsPlans and conducts college recruiting programsWork closely with marketing department to develop creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challengesProactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment and sourcing methodologiesSuggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activitiesResearch talent acquisition trends in the staffing industryDevelop key relationships with community leaders and association leaders to create long lasting pipelines for applicantsRequirements:Spanish and English Fluency is requiredValid Driver's LicenseProven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Manger or Sales Representative for at least 3 years within the Construction or Commercial Trades Industry (i.e., landscaping, concrete, asphalt, equipment rental etc.)
Working experience with social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, twitter)Strong networking skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills to build client-centric and solution/value-based proposalsBroad-based knowledge of the components of the construction or commercial trades industryWell organized and detail orientedProficient with computer software programs including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)Compensation:
