    We are looking to hire an experienced Sales Manager torun a team of outside sales representatives. This position will be critical for our market penetration strategies.

    Qualifications/Skills:
    You are a closer with a 'no fear', highly professional approach to sales with an ability to CLOSE on the phoneYou have high energy to coach and motivate a team (exp with 1099's preferred)

    You have organizational skills to ensure all appointments and deals are handled properlyYou have an ability to multi task in a fast paced environment handling multiple repsYou have at least 2 years of B2B sales experience (inside/short cycle preferred)You have a proven track record of outstanding performance exceeding quotasYou have a high level of integrityYou have excellent communication and motivational skillsYou are numerate and think and react quickly on your feetCompensation and Benefits:
    Base with unlimited earning potential (generous salary DOE + commissions.     Day Functions:

    Manage and run daily appointment with 1099 outside field repsCoach, train and develop reps to close new businessProvide guidance to Reps on how to self-generate and build a business in their home local territoryOversee the entire sales process.

    You'll need to have the ability to see where a deal is and sell with value solutions in mind. You'll work with Operations to submit, approve, and train accounts.
