- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM – 5PM, with at least one evening and one admin day.
- Clinic Hours: (M-Th): 8AM-7PM, (F): 8AM- 5PM
- No weekends
- Appointments: 60 minute time slots
- See 8-10 patients per day on average.
- 5 operatories
- Current Dental Staff: 2 dentists, 2 dental hygienists, 4.5 dental assistants
- EHR: Wisdom/Epic
- Other notes: Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Community health centers are the nation's largest source of comprehensive primary care for medically under-resourced communities and populations.
- Through an integrated care model, including medical, dental, behavioral health, and pharmacy services, patients can access comprehensive, coordinated services often under one roof
- Requires graduation from an accredited school of dentistry;
- Possession of valid D.D.S/ D.M.D. degree;
- Current Iowa license, federal DEA and Iowa CSA in good standing;
- Eligible for up to $50,000 in student loan repayment with two year commitment & option to renew.
- $140k - $165k annual salary
- $2,000 for continuing education annually + 5 days
- Professional association and licensure fees paid for.
- 401k retirement plan with 3% match
- 20 PTO days + 10 paid holidays + 3 sick days
- Contract Length: 2 year minimum
