    Our client is a leading private equity firm in downtown Boston looking to add a Receptionist to their team.

    Salary/Hourly Rate:

    $65k - $80k Annually with 20% Bonus

    Position Overview:

    The Receptionist will be working in the main office, with responsibilities including greeting guests, answering phones, scheduling meetings, answering questions, and data entry. The right candidate will be able to adapt their pace to meet team needs and be eager to learn and grow within the role. The Receptionist will be the face of the company, using excellent communication and customer service skills, using sound judgment when interacting with senior leadership and important clients. This is a full-time, non-exempt role, and flexibility to adjust working hours is expected for occasional overtime. This Receptionist position will be fully onsite.

    Responsibilities of the Receptionist:

    • Front desk coverage including greeting and announcing visitors
    • Establishing a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all visitors
    • Managing incoming calls, visitor directions, and staff messages
    • Seating guests in the designated conference rooms
    • Aiding in setting up and breaking down meetings
    • Checking and restocking paper in all copy and fax machines regularly
    • Reviewing and approving invoices and expense reports
    • Assisting with any maintenance or facilities requests or concerns
    • Undertaking other administrative tasks as required
    • Supporting HR projects, payroll, and other projects
    • Ad hoc duties are required
    Qualifications for the Receptionist:
    • 3+ years of prior administrative or receptionist experience is required, preferably within professional services setting
    • Experience working with C-suite and high-level executives, providing white-glove service
    • Adaptability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
    • Proficient in delivering high-quality customer service through robust communication skills
    • Possesses excellent organizational skills and interpersonal relations
    • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
    • Shows keen attention to detail, ensuring work accuracy
    • Displays a team-oriented approach and maintains a positive attitude
    • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
    • Possesses a problem-solving attitude, with the ability to foresee potential issues
    • Resilience under stress and variable workflows
    • Open to constructive criticism and always eager to learn
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook)
    Education Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree is required.
