Report to:

CEO, General Manager & Finance & Administration DirectorInternal cross-functional relations: Daily communication and teamwork with the USA office teamCross-functional group relations: Order Desk, Customer Service, Finance, General AccountingResponsible for number of persons: 0Prerequisites: AA Degree in Accounting, Bachelor desired, 5 years of progressively increasing accounting responsibility.

ERP, Oracle, and/or Salesforce experience a major plus.

PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES
Managing accounts payable using accounting software and other programs
Handling accounts payable for separate entities and vendors
Analyzing workflow processes
Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors
Ensuring bills are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures
Processing due invoices for payments
Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges
Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries and reconciling books of accounts
Maintaining bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets and updating information as needed
Communicating with previous clients and customers to request payment and arrange payment plans
Collecting payments from customers and accurately recording them in the system
Updating client accounts based on payment or contact information
