- Development and design of KPI tracking modules.
- Summarize, format and present analytical models to leadership team.
- Complete monthly deliverable reports and recurring reports.
- Ad-hoc reporting as needed by Management.
- Develop a scope of knowledge about the company and the primary care sector of the healthcare industry.
- Administers standard reports, i.e., quality reports, Tableau, Population Health Platform (PHM)
- Maintains user-friendly procedures, guidelines, and documentation for Health Economics team.
- Utilize SQL and other query tools to analyze large quantities of data, from multiple complex internal and external sources to glean understanding, derive actionable insights into organizational performance and the external environment, and measure progress toward strategic initiatives.
- Leveraging knowledge and skill with a variety of analytic tools, design, create, maintain powerful visualizations (tables and graphs) and models that illuminate opportunities to support strategic planning and initiatives, improve organizational performance, project future demand, and advance progress towards Cano Health's goals.
- Assist with documenting and tracking project progress and interacts regularly with key stakeholders and process owners while serving as a project liaison when needed to meet established timelines.
- Extensive experience and proficiency (advance knowledge) of Excel and Pivot Tables
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Manages resolution of cross-functional issues and demonstrates appropriate judgment regarding when to escalate issues to leadership.
- Interacts with cross-functional teams and third parties to deliver various business solutions.
- Partners with Business Intelligence and the business to define solutions and requirements.

- >90% of assigned projects completed on time
- 5+ years' experience as an analyst, preferably in Healthcare.
- Understanding of Microsoft Office and minimally advanced knowledge to expert in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge and/or prior experience with Python, SQL, SAS and/or Tableau preferable
- Understanding of Healthcare environment, preferably Medicare ACOs and MSSPs
- Effective communication and organizational skills and the ability to perform a variety of concurrent tasks efficiently.
- Ability to pay close attention to detail and to ensure accuracy of reports and data.
- Fluent in English (fluent in Spanish is a plus)

Job Summary
The Population Health Business Senior Analyst will work with multiple departments to conduct financial and operational analysis to meet or exceed quality metrics, financial targets, and other value-based benchmarks. This role manages and combines a variety of internal and external data sets to provide meaningful and complex insights that are used to improve the effectiveness and timeliness of business decisions. This role will also work on the coordination of tasks associated with the financial reporting for providers and related firms in the healthcare industry.
