    Job Description:
    • Engage in planning meetings and discussions along with Client Project Manager and other stakeholder
    • Review running project schedules and methodology
    • Perform assessment of client defined plan and execution schedule & advise for adjustments, if require
    • Collaborate with all stakeholders participating in planning and execution to keep project at par with timelines
    • Provides guidance to team to stay on the track and fast track the execution
    • Monitor project progress and provide recommendations to adjust the schedule
    • Provides recommendations to mitigate project risks and issues
    • Assist Client PM in planning and execution
    • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
    • Communication/liaison with the CBS-IT Project and Operation Team.
    • Identifies and assigns appropriate resources to accomplish various project tasks; guides and coaches team members through various stages of the project; provides developmental feedback to team members
