    Extended Congregate Care RN

    • Conduct initial and ongoing nursing assessments for Members requiring ECC services.
    • Review and update ECC Service Plans to ensure care is current, compliant, and appropriate to the Member's needs.
    Responsibilities:
    1. Greet residents warmly upon arrival.
    2. Maintain resident confidentiality when answering questions about their health information or other personal issues they may share during conversations with us at home!
