60–70% end-user support/service desk and
30–40% systems administration/infrastructure work You'll resolve day-to-day issues onboard/offboard employees deploy PCs
and mobile devices support our Microsoft
Azure environments Success in this role requires strong customer service solid troubleshooting skills
and the ability to manage tickets while owning technical projects to completion.
