    Interim Chief Financial Officer

    Wyoming, MN

    6 month engagement

    JOB OVERVIEW:
    Think Consulting is actively seeking an Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join a leading producer and distributor of firefighting equipment in a 6-month engagement, supporting financial stability and growth.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Modify and build budget controls
    • Conduct cashflow forecasting and GM analysis
    • Manage trade receivables
    • Maintain relationships with local banks for financing
    • Oversee professional management of accounting and controlling processes, including ERP system evaluation and team build-out.

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Experienced CFO in an industrial environment, preferably in vehicle manufacturing
    • Strong practical knowledge of accounting and controlling for industrial groups with multiple legal entities and intercompany relationships
    • Proven experience in working capital management
    • Hands-on approach with the ability to set clear priorities

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Familiarity with ERP system evaluation and recommendations
    • Proficient in cost calculation and deviation analysis
    • Prior experience in team building and management
