    Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Backend Engineer proficient in Python to join our dynamic and innovative engineering team. As a key member of our development team, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining the backend architecture of our cutting-edge software solutions.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Backend Development:
    • Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance backend systems using Python.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement robust and efficient APIs.
    • Architecture and Design:
      • Architect, design, and implement backend services and solutions that meet the business requirements.
      • Provide technical leadership in selecting appropriate technologies and tools for backend development.
    • Code Quality and Optimization:
      • Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and continuous integration.
      • Identify and implement optimizations for performance and scalability.
    • Collaboration and Communication:
      • Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.
      • Communicate effectively within the team, sharing insights, and participating in technical discussions.
    • Troubleshooting and Debugging:
      • Investigate and resolve complex technical issues in the backend systems.
      • Perform debugging and troubleshooting of production issues in a timely manner.
    • Mentorship and Leadership:
      • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
      • Contribute to the growth and development of the engineering team.

      Requirements

      Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Backend Engineer with expertise in Python development.
    • Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable and maintainable systems.
    • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
    • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
