- Analyze and compare employer benefits, highlighting key differences and strengths
- Guide Union staff through plan details and onboarding processes
- Liaise with partners to ensure smooth transitions for new employers
- Collaborate on CBA/MOA language review and automation opportunities
- Maintain vital data and facilitate communication with stakeholders
- Provide training and support for Plan implementation
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a union or Taft-Hartley environment
- Strong knowledge of health insurance and welfare benefits plans
- Experience in a union setting preferred, with familiarity with Taft-Hartley Plans
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field
