    Location:

    La Puente, CASalary: $70,000–$75,000 DOESchedule: Full-Time | 8-hour shifts | Open availabilityRedwood Family Care Network is seeking a dedicated Assistant Administrator to support the daily operations of our Crisis Home in Lomitas.

    This leadership role partners closely with the Administrator to ensure high-quality, person-centered services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a safe, supportive environment. Redwood Family Care Network is an innovative leader in delivering person-centered home and community-based services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Support daily operations and compliance of the homeSupervise, coach, and manage staff performance and schedulingAssist with hiring, training, and staff developmentEnsure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance (CCR Title 17)

    Coordinate with Regional Center, Licensing, medical providers, and familiesParticipate in IPP, transition, and interdisciplinary team meetingsSupport medical coordination and follow physician ordersAssist with budget oversight and operational expensesQualifications:
    High school diploma or GED (some college preferred)

    Minimum 2 years supervisory experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral needsARF CertificateDSP I & II CertificationRegistered Behavioral Technician (RBT) CertificationCPR/First Aid CertificationBenefits Include:
