- Provide intake assessments to adults and children with chronic mental illness.
- Provide liaison with other community resources to help the client access supportive services during the transition to enrolled status.
- Maintain clinical records and provide data and reports, as may be required for program monitoring and evaluation, in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Coordinate activities with other team members and other staff.
- Ensure that ethical and professional standards of practice are maintained.
- Participate in meetings and activities as required.
- In addition to the above, perform other duties as assigned.
- Master's degree in social or behavioral sciences or equivalent experience and education. Meet criteria to maintain Mental Health Professional status.
- Chemical Dependency Professional (CDP) or trainee (CDPT) certificate from the Washington State DOH, preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work with mentally ill individuals in the community.
- WA State credential/license.
- Experience in conducting clinical interviews and providing mental status examinations.
- Valid Washington State driver's license; proof of insurance.
