Author project plans and manage team execution of tasks in order to achieve project goals

• Identify and establish cross functional resources for assigned projects throughout each phase.
• Document requirements, constraints, and assumptions.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs throughout the life of the project and negotiate required trade offs.
• Identify, prioritize and mitigate project risk.
• Track development progress and work with experts to resolve issues, drive corrective actions, and ensure products meet quality objectives.
• Coordinate activities across multiple manufacturing sites to prepare for build and launch.
• Develop and maintain project documentation including NPD process deliverables.
• Facilitate and lead team meetings and events.
• Drive results through influence, collaboration and clear identification of responsibilities.
• Provide timely communication to relevant cross functional stakeholders and senior management including project review updates and gate review presentations.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.
