- Manage the relationship with your assigned stakeholders supporting a functional area while still collaborating as a high-performing team.
- Define and document the design and build requirements for support offers being brought to market.
- Oversee and manage programs through their milestones, making sure all teams have written complete documentation for the design and build and have represented their investment asks appropriately.
- Ensure that programs are well-coordinated and aligned with broader organizational goals.
- Socialize and champion the priorities of all teams involved in offering support.
- Identify and remove roadblocks hindering effective delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
- Must be able to work remotely in North Dakota or Minnesota.
- 5+ years experience in Microsoft Office (SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with Power BI and Azure DevOps is a plus.
- Ability to think strategically, manage execution, and develop strong business relationships across teams.
- Excellent communication skills (interpersonal, verbal, and written).
- Passion for excellence and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills and an ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
