The Office of Student Finance plays a critical role in supporting student success by ensuring the efficient and effective management of student accounts refunds billings tuition processes.Our office provides accurate financial services improving student access maintaining compliance with university state and federal regulations.Responsibilities
The University seeks an experienced strategic Program Director of Budget Financial Services Associate Bursar to provide leadership for systems services controls that support student financial operations.Serving as a senior leader within the Student Finance organization this role oversees operational oversight customer service employee graduate student services project management.Key ResponsibilitiesLead optimize student finance systemsStrengthen Policies Processes And ComplianceProvide Program Oversight And Financial ControlsLead Supervise Develop StaffSupport Strategic Planning Institutional ReadinessQualificationsBachelor's degree six years experience budget financial accounting services; high school diploma/equivalent ten years related experiencePreferred QualificationsStrong analytical skills ability interpret reconcile financial data.Proficiency reading writing SQL experience Oracle databases software.Excellent written verbal communication skills ability explain complex financial concepts broad range people.Strong customer service orientation.Ability work collaboratively cross-functional teams external key-holders.Job description
