    Physical Therapist - Home Care

    We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our growing team in North Plainfield, NJ. This is a full-time, part-time, or PRN position focused on providing outpatient therapy in home-based settings, specifically serving the geriatric population.

    Position Highlights:

    • Location: North Plainfield, NJ
    • Schedule: Minimum of 12 hours of direct patient care per week, with regular availability required for at least 3 weekdays.
    • Sign-On Bonus: Eligible for a sign-on bonus for full-time hires.
    • Work Environment: Deliver community-based outpatient services (Medicare Part B) directly to patients' homes in the area.
