Rotary and Mission Systems' Training, Logistics and Simulation (TLS) business is Lockheed Martin's center of excellence for training and logistics products and services, serving the U.S.
Based in Orlando, TLS develops programs that teach service men and women skills to accomplish their most challenging missions — flying the world's most advanced fighter aircraft, navigating ships and driving armored vehicles.
TLS is the corporation's hub for simulation, X reality, live-virtual-constructive capabilities, advanced training devices and full-service training programs.TLS also provides sustainment services such as supply chain and logistics IT solutions, spares and repairs, as well as automated test and support equipment.
TLS is seeking a Summer 2026 Program Support intern to assist a cross-functional team environment encompassing a full range of project management and business development activities.
Candidates must display an ability to think logically, have strong written and verbal communication skills and a project management/results-oriented mind set.
This intern will support our F-35 Training Block Four Contract (BFC) programs and will work closely with the program management, financial and business development teams.
The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge on how to operate in a dynamic environment and utilize collaboration tools to interact with the team.
Must be a US Citizen.Basic Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline of Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics or related field
- Demonstrated accountability for tasks/assignment
- Proficient computer skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Highly motivated and able to perform team tasks with low direct supervision
- Innovative, energized, and selfdirected to lean forward and implement new insights

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $31,616 - $77,788.
For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only)Non-represented full-time employees:
accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays.
Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.Pay Rate:
