    Join us in creating a future beyond fossilsUPM is looking for a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler who will be responsible for managing maintenance activities of a single discipline in a medium-scale organization and multiple disciplines in a standard-scale organization to ensure continuity of business operations.

    Work Order Planning:
    Ensure availability of parts, tools, and labor before maintenance tasks. Coordinate with storeroom for timely part deliveries.


    Work Order Scheduling:
    Schedule maintenance using CMMS System (SAP) based on predetermined times and repair estimates. Issue daily scheduling reports to relevant teams.


    Analyzing Breakdown Levels:
    Monitor breakdowns to identify trends and suggest improvements to Engineering

    Oracle BI Interactive Dashboards:
    Use Oracle BI for plant breakdown analysis

    Monthly Maintenance Performance Report:
    Compile breakdown data and key performance indicators for monthly reports

    Maintenance Meeting Leadership:
    Lead maintenance meetings, addressing work orders, backlog, and KPI analysis

    Maintenance Development:
    Improve preventive maintenance by reviewing PM schedules based on performance

    Ownership of PM Days:
    Oversee PM days, ensuring thorough planning and communication

    Work Order Management:
    Create follow-up orders for PM tasks and manage overdue tasks

    Maintenance Management System Monitoring:
    Oversee and analyze CMMS (SAP) system

    Technician Utilization:
    Organize and delegate tasks to technicians

    SAP Expert:
    Provide SAP training and support

    Who You Are:

    Education:
    High school diploma required, preference for further education in relevant fields

    Experience:
    2-5 years in maintenance planning or related field

    Technical Knowledge:
    Strong understanding of maintenance processes and systems

    Computer Skills:
    Proficient in CMMS, especially SAP PM or IBM Maximo

    Organizational Skills:
    Efficient in managing work orders and scheduling

    Communication Skills:
    Effective communicator across organizational levels

    Problem-Solving Abilities:
    Skilled in identifying and resolving planning issues

    Attention to Detail:
    Maintain accurate records and comply with safety standards

    Teamwork:
    Collaborate effectively across teams

    Certifications:
    Advantageous to have CMRP or CMPS certifications.
