This role's responsibilities include; acting as liaison between R&D and Manufacturing for new product introduction. They will support the Raycap QM program by developing and implementing policies and procedures. They will provides technical advice to test technicians and assess possible manufacturing automation opportunities. They will define requirements for additional equipment and tools and implement new equipment. They will create product assembly work instructions and manufacturing equipment processing instructions. They will participate in the resolution of quality issues and drive associated improvements. They will Identify and plan manufacturing assembly and test workflow layout.
They will work closely with supply chain resources to identify cost reduction opportunities and provides technical assistance with meeting OSHA requirements.
They will design assembly fixtures and other manufacturing aids.Skills:
