Join Arizona's Leader in Minimally-Invasive Pain Care as a Personal Injury and Worker's Compensation Coordinator. Responsible for maintaining all PI and WC patients and records. Primary contact for all PI and WC cases communicating with patients, attorneys, adjustors or any other third party entities that are involved with the case.- Maintaining all worker's compensation patient accounts.
- Scheduling appointments new patients follow ups procedures etc.
- Maintaining authorizations internal external referrals monitor daily folders to ensure proper scheduling maximum efficiency order flow daily to ensure efficiency timely patient follow up assist in maintaining fax email box serve liaison referring offices adjustors lien holders attorneys build relationships meet metrics set department provides individualized care encourages ability maintain attain highest practical physical mental psychosocial well-being answers inbound line team consistent pleasant manner uploading documents into charts ensuring appropriate documentation collected signed accordingly demonstrates knowledge competence designated skills identified position fosters positive professional procedural environment interacting people considerate helpful courteous participating team member maintains proper documentation emr referring authorizations details diligently notifying following patients entities needed timely manner regarding referral appointments official documents quotes submits claims services rendered ASAP entities responsible pulling returning voicemails hour maintains hipaa duties assigned education high school diploma ged certification experience years medical office setting years personal injury worker compensation cases knowledge working scheduling referral departments medical practice strong office computer skills experience paperless workflows prior use practice management emr programs work independently maintaining positive attitude skilled communicator effectively resolving problems solid organizational exceptional attention detail abilities quickly resolve conflict respectful manner interact management physicians teammates written form meet deadlines fast paced changing environment treat confidential information discretion communicate teammates both oral written act gatekeeper escalate relevant executives appropriately interact levels professionals
