Assisted Living Nurse ManagerThis position will serve as Co-Manager sharing clinical leadership responsibilities with the current Assisted Living Nurse Manger.
Co-Responsibilities include providing guidance and leadership to the staff comprised of LPNs and Home Health Aides; serving as a resource and educator for staff and residents; assisting LPNs with coordination of care and services for residents;collaborating with team on quality improvement initiatives and processes.
Requirement:
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. Minimum 1 year acute care clinical experience and one year clinical experience in long term care preferred.
Coursework in nursing management preferred. NYS RN license required.
