We're looking for a passionate Route Merchandiser to support our Sales team by providing excellent customer service to our existing clients and promoting our products to potential clients within an assigned territory.

What You'll Do
· Travel within an assigned territory (100 miles) in Chicago and surrounding areas to meet existing and potential clients one-on-one.
· Meet customer service expectations through daily communication, problem resolution, and appropriate follow-ups.
· Build and maintain positive relationships with store personnel to ensure that products are well represented.
· Alert existing and potential customers of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.
· Communicate account activities, including equipment service needs, to appropriate parties.
· Support the development of competitive strategies by providing insights on competitors in the industry.
· Transport promotional material and execute all company promotions.
· Adhere to any other duties or responsibilities assigned by management.
What You'll Need
· A valid driver's license.
· A reliable personal vehicle for use during work hours (travel reimbursed).
· 1+ years Customer Service or Merchandising Experience
· Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
· Ability to develop business relationships with clients.
· Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
· Ability to travel on route 100%
· Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
