    Compensation:

    • Estimated Salary: $72,500 per year, based on the job requirements and location in Jamestown, MI.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Cash Management: Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure timely payments for payroll, royalties, commissions, and priority vendors.
    • Financial Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and distribute visualized financial data dashboards on a weekly basis.
    • Month-End Close: Manage the monthly financial close process, ensuring financial statements are accurately prepared and submitted by the end of each month.
    • Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop, monitor, and adjust budgets and financial forecasts to align with business objectives.
    • Internal Controls: Implement and maintain internal control systems to safeguard assets and ensure regulatory compliance.
    • Cost Accounting: Analyze cost structures to support pricing decisions and improve profitability.
    • Cash Flow Management: Monitor and optimize cash flow, ensuring the organization meets financial obligations and maintains liquidity.

    Key Qualifications:

    • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and financial modeling.
    • Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
    • Knowledge of GAAP principles and application.
    • Strong understanding of internal controls and audit procedures.
    • Experience with ERP systems or accounting software.
    • Exceptional attention to detail, ethics, and integrity.
    • Excellent communication skills for presenting complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
