We provide residents with over 100 years of history in a 40-acre wooded wonderland. We are a not-for-profit Life Plan/Continuing Care Retirement Community that prides ourselves on our rich heritage, spirit of caring, welcoming culture, historic grounds and amazing views.
As a Server in the Mt. Hood Dining Room at Mary's Woods, you will be helping serve meals while creating a clean and beautiful table for residents and guests to enjoy. You must be able to relate positively and favorably to staff, residents and families, and enjoy working on a team.
**Below are some of the core responsibilities, experience and skills needed to be successful:**
Assist in the set-up of tables and the seating of residents
Must be courteous at all times, taking resident food orders, serving food, bussing tables, and resetting table once the resident has departed
Follow daily sanitation cleaning schedules
Must maintain a pleasant demeanor and demonstrate excellent communication skills

**Sign On Bonus:** Bonus paid 50% at 90 days and 50% paid at 6 months. To be eligible you must be in good standing and have acceptable attendance.
