    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a Catering Manager who thrives in community-focused environments and excels at building lasting relationships with clients. The ideal candidate is a charismatic hospitality professional with excellent organizational skills.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Represent our brand within the local community and deliver exceptional food service experiences.
    • Foster long-term relationships with customers through attentive and personalized service.
    • Be an integral part of catering events, providing outstanding hospitality and ensuring seamless execution.
    • Manage administrative tasks, including data entry, communication with clients, and attendance at weekly meetings and conference calls.

    Menu Planning and Services:

    • Collaborate with clients to design menus tailored to their specific needs, preferences, and dietary requirements.
    • Work closely with our chefs to ensure menu feasibility within budget constraints and available resources.

    • Oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of catered events, guaranteeing impeccable service delivery.
    • Ensure that all services meet or exceed client expectations.

    Quality Assurance:

    • Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
    • Guarantee compliance with health and safety regulations.

    Client Relations:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, resolving issues promptly, and promoting our catering services to attract new business.

    Inventory Management:

    • Monitor stock levels of ingredients and supplies.
    • Order necessary items while adhering to budget constraints.
