Sales Associate

Description:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at UNTUCKit in King of Prussia, PA.

The ideal candidate will have prior customer service experience and a solid working knowledge of retail store operations. They will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assessing customers' needs, and maintaining a tidy sales floor and stockroom.

Responsibilities:

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Affirmatively interact with customers to assess their needs and provide information on our products, features, and benefits
Maintain a welcoming and relaxed environment that encourages customers to feel comfortable shopping
Cleanliness: Maintain a tidy sales floor and stockroom
Develop initiative when completing tasks
Effectively manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
Possess the ability to work collaboratively as part of a learning culture
Act as an integral part of brand decisions, leveraging customer feedback and observations
Meet personal sales goals, as well as team objectives

Requirements:

Previous work experience as a sales associate
Fundamental understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Proficiency in utilizing Apple technology and Omnichannel POS systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Dedication to delivering superior customer service
High school degree or equivalent

Work Schedule:

Flexible schedule based on store/company needs
Reliable attendance and punctuality are expected
Ability to work independently for extended periods during shifts
Flexibility with scheduling; available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays
Hours: 5 hours or more, as needed

Estimated Salary:
