    Description

    Overview:
    PROGRAM MANAGEMENT ANALYST (VOPS


    Bowhead seeks a Program Management Analyst to provide routine and complex program management support/analyses to the Computing Infrastructure (CI) program team at Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD).


    Responsibilities:

    Job duties include but are not limited to:
    Provide program and project management support to CI programs and projects as assigned
    Assis the Government with programs documentation control repository.
    Maintain programs inventory/1149s .
    Track and update Action Items for the program.
    Develop and maintain the programs confluence systems.
    Other duties as assigned.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelors Degree in Business or Science
    Three (3) years of experience in collecting, reviewing, and analyzing information in support of programs
    Demonstrated experience in the following areas: procurement support, program planning, logistics, and program cost analysis
    Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
    Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts
    Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team


    Physical Demands:
    Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
    Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
    Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically


    SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
    Must currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level.

    US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
