• Leveraging technical, investigative, and analytic skills and experience to analyze large data sets thoroughly and efficiently to identify concerning behavior and non-obvious correlations
• Solving difficult, non-routine problems by applying advanced analytical methodologies, and improving analytic methodologies
• Raising proactive inquiries to the customer based on observations and proposed data analysis/exploitation
• Supporting detection of fraud, waste, abuse, and misuse of information technologies systems
• Proposing new methodologies and/or tools to improve analytic capabilities
• Researching, preparing, and presenting reports and briefings as required
• Participating in working groups and technical meetings to address issues
• Communicating and coordinating with internal and external partners and customers as needed Required Experience, Skills, & Technologies
• Significant demonstrated experience using SQL, Python, or other coding/scripting languages to query and analyze large datasets
• Significant demonstrated investigative, analytic and/or operational experience applicable to the customer's mission
• Demonstrated effectiveness in collecting and analyzing potentially highly technical information and accurately representing/visualizing it to non-technical third parties
• Demonstrated effectiveness in providing impromptu as well as prepared data analysis and briefings
• Exceptional judgement in support of questions generated from Sponsor data holdings

• Strong technical understanding of Elasticsearch, Hadoop, PostgreSQL, and related technologies
