    The Role


    We're looking for a hands‑on, delivery‑first leader to join our Client Services team — someone who owns outcomes, earns trust through execution, and drives long‑term growth by delivering real results.

    This is not pre‑sales. It's not governance at a distance.

    This is in the work. In the detail. In front of the client.

    You will oversee two of Virtasant's largest enterprise accounts — both high‑visibility and strategically critical. You'll run delivery end‑to‑end, solve problems before the client sees them, and grow the relationship by doing exceptional work. Think of it as running your own business within Virtasant: P&L awareness, client ownership, delivery quality, and strategic growth — all in one role.

    What You'll Do

    • Own delivery across complex, multi‑workstream consulting engagements — from kickoff to long‑term scale.
    • Act as the primary partner for VP- and C-level stakeholders, building deep, trusted client relationships.
    • Step in where needed to unblock delivery challenges, manage risk, and ensure outcomes stay on track.
    • Develop and drive account strategies and growth plans tied to real business value — not guesswork or pitches.
    • Grow accounts through delivery excellence: earning expansion by delivering results, not presentations.
    • Navigate large, complex organisations to uncover growth opportunities and new executive relationships.
    • Coach and enable delivery teams, creating clarity, alignment, and consistently high standards.
    • Manage account operations end‑to‑end: SOWs, forecasting, procurement, invoicing, staffing, and overall performance.
    • Bridge the gap between business expectations and technical execution — translating strategy into delivered outcomes.

    We're Looking for Someone Who

    • Has 8+ years in consulting or professional services, leading delivery in enterprise environments.
    • Has owned the success of large, complex programs — especially when things got messy.
    • Has grown accounts through delivery, not selling from the sidelines.
    • Thrives in fast-moving, lean environments where you often figure it out as you go.
    • Can engage credibly with both executives and engineers, keeping both aligned and accountable.
    • Stays calm under pressure, handles pushback, and sets boundaries without damaging relationships.
    • Understands account financials and how delivery impacts margin, growth, and long‑term value.
    • Is a roll‑up-your‑sleeves operator — leading from the front, not the side‑lines.

    Nice to Have

    • Experience in cloud consulting (AWS, Azure, GCP)
    • Background in digital transformation or enterprise delivery
    • Exposure to FinOps or cloud cost optimisation
    • Competitive base salary + up to 5% of all incremental revenue you generate (no cap).
