- Assist all members of collections staff with daily processes and procedures when required
- High School or equivalent /GED
- Excellent communications skills
- Must meet federal and state licensure requirements.
- Flexible Schedule Mon-Sat from 8am to 11pm
- More than 6 months collections experience or related area(Customer Services or Sales)
- Skip tracing experience
- Timeshare Industry, Financial Services or Banking experience
- Bilingual in French.

Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking an organized self-starter to join our dynamic Collections team As a Remote Entry Level Collector, you will be responsible for handling calls on any past due mortgage and/or maintenance accounts, to include third-party servicing and collecting, via phone and mail.
The position will emphasize the handling/collecting calls, while following all State and Federal Laws, assist owners with a general understanding of the terms and conditions related to their ownership and contracts, and perform all collection activity in accordance with company and Federal regulations.
