    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant fields with a minimum of 3 years of business and HCM application experience
    • Hands-on experience with Workday HCM implementation and development projects
    • Experience with complex integrations using Workday Extend, EIP, and Workday Studio integration tools
    • Experience with Workday analytics including Workday Prism
    • Ability to work with 3rd party vendors and system integrators
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Proficiency in designing requirements and technical documentation
    • Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities, projects, and roles as both an individual contributor and as a team member
    • Must be a US citizen and reside in the United States

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate closely with IT and subject matter team members to design and implement Workday applications, integrations, and functionality
    • Engage regularly with business users and project leads to understand requirements and task scope
    • Provide frequent status reports highlighting challenges and accomplishments and deliverable timeline
    • Design and develop Workday Extend applications, Prism datasets, integrations, reports, and other Workday solutions
    • Maintain and troubleshoot existing Workday solutions, applications, and integrations
    • Share best practice recommendations and solution alternatives with the project team
