    About This Job

    We're seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team at Hamilton Company! As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating various machines such as lathes and milling machines to manufacture high-quality parts.

    • Loading parts and supplies onto machines accurately and efficiently

    In addition to machine operation duties you will also:

    • Study drawings and specifications to ensure accurate interpretation of part requirements;

    You'll work closely with supervisors and experienced machinists to maintain efficient workflows.
    This role involves working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment requiring attention detail precision skill adherence safety regulations quality control troubleshooting problem-solving adaptability reliability effective communication teamwork collaboration flexibility ability comprehend training industry best practices modern machinery setup operations scheduling cleaning maintenance periodic inspections repair performance reporting.
    The ideal candidate has intermediate knowledge precision measuring instruments dimensional tolerances geometric shapes cutting tools fixtures inserts tool holders boring bards calipers ID micrometers depth gages indicators scales mixing materials applicable laws software programming languages utilized data collection
    record management product life cycle development planning purchasing purchasing procedures procurement supplier selection monitoring inventory control logistical shipping handling packages documentation distribution tracking pick-and-pack create dispatch dangerous goods specially prepared .
    You must have High School diploma equivalent hands-on experience running CNC equipment manually semi-automated automated liquid stations sample management systems custom orders quoting RFQ follow standard plans transfer function additional trainings self-improvement processing resourcefulness.
