    About the Job:
    The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining both physical and electronic files within the office, ensuring that all records are properly handled and readily accessible to authorized personnel.
    Filing documents in accordance with established systems, maintaining accurate storage of digital records,
    preparing new file folders and updating indexes or databases as required.
    Safeguarding confidential data by following privacy procedures.
  • Maintain proper organization of files including paper-based filing systems
    digital record keeping up-to-date using current database applications ensuring easy accessability at any time during working hours – while adhering strict standards set forth within organizational guidelines.
