    FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER :
    Your mission
    Work out of our Troy, NY office and travel to support our customers in the Americas.
    Provide remote and on-site support for hardware and software related issues on Raith Nanofabrication systems.
    Perform instrument installations, updates, and upgrades.
    Utilize technical expertise to gather and interpret system data to solve complex equipment issues quickly and effectively with support from Raith Technical Support Specialists
    Become an expert in operating and supporting Raith systems through our comprehensive internal and on-site training program.
    Assist with maintaining our Service Tools and performing in-house repairs and sub-system component testing.
    Provide regular status updates to your supervisor and our customers, including accompanying reports.
    Communicate with colleagues and Customers at a professional and proactive level.

    Over time, advance your career by becoming an expert in supporting multiple Raith product lines and providing escalation support for the most challenging issues.

    Your Qualifications
    Exceptional team working and communication skills are critically important as well as being solution driven and customer oriented.
    Outstanding documentation and problem-solving skills.
    Experience in servicing equipment (installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs)
    Proficiency with electronic test equipment and hands on experience with scientific instrumentation.
    A willingness to travel for business locally and occasionally to other locations in the Americas and Europe.

    An Associate's degree in an Electronics or Science related field with 4 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's/Master's degree in an Engineering, Electronics, Physics or Science related field.

    Salary Range:
    $72,500 - $105,000
