+ Perform a broad range of administrative support functions under direct supervision such as composing internal correspondence maintaining and updating office records gathering information for reports and presentations coordinating calendars for leader(s) and/or team.+ Monitor expenses process expense reports in a timely manner monitor expense reports submitted by staff for accurate reporting.+ Help other administrative assistants as needed may provide general office training to new associates+ Stays current on Nationwide procedure changes Human Resources policy changes business environment etc. that impact department-level plans+ Participates in special projects as assigned.

The Administrative Assistant provides assistance with office procedures or processes that help the team be more productive and efficient monitors travel plans coordinates calendar events screens communications for action items due dates brings key items to the leader's attention initiates necessary actions follow-ups prioritizations action required etc.

This role is open to on-site hybrid or fully remote work.
