    We are currently looking to add an HVAC Comfort Advisor to our successful retail sales force. The qualified candidate will be a career-minded individual who believes in our company's mission and vision to provide the best service possible to the communities we serve. We aim to create the best environment for people to succeed and step through the doors of opportunity to advance to the next level of their professional careers.

    Pay Rate: Successful salespeople make $100k plus per year; $50k+ 1st year income potential + Benefits

    Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, other supplemental insurance, paid vacation, paid holidays, sick pay, company vehicle, iPad, iPhone, uniforms, in-house and outside training provided

    Work Hours: Work hours will vary based on the scheduling needs of the customer, presentation times, and seasonality.

    Required Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of consultative sales experience and comfortability working with consumers in their homes
    • Professional appearance
    • Solid organizational and sales pipeline management skills
    • Strong understanding of the psychology of sales
    • Goal-orientated with a strong desire to succeed
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills (written/verbal)
    • Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record

    Desired Qualifications:

    • HVAC sales and/or industry experience
