- Analyze validated average monthly data for medical providers.
- Collects and analyzes data to determine the effective applications of Medical Expense and Performance Reporting System (MEPRS) standards.
- Collects and consolidates a large statistical database containing quantity and characteristics data for assigned work centers.
- Analyzes and tracks monthly financial data to validate expense and investment codes, program element codes, responsibility center cost codes, and standard elements of expense codes.
- Ensures reported data meets guidance provided and allows for an audit trail for verification.
- Conducts audit/reconciliation at different levels of the MEPRS Program.
- Develops audit criteria to validate compliance for reported clinical inpatient and outpatient workload, personnel time-reporting, and financial reconciliation on monthly basis.
- Serves as the first level supervisor performing supervisory responsibilities, prepares performance plans, evaluates, and prepared formal performance appraisals.
- Maintains information from activities for implementation into Defense Medical Human Resource System-internet (DMHRSi).
