We have an immediate opening for a Production Supervisor. We are looking for a motivated and organized person to lead our Insulated panel production team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a production and operations team of 15.
• Organize and coordinate the daily activities of the team.
• Delegate assignments to appropriate personnel.
• Direct the setup and operation of production equipment.
• Help diagnose equipment problems and implement solutions in a timely manner.
• Direct preventative maintenance to minimize production downtime and ensure quality product is produced.
• Direct offloading of incoming raw materials
• Inspect all incoming materials to ensure quality standards are met.
• Direct loading of finished products on full load and LTL trucks.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or other related fields
• Knowledge of production tools and equipment
• Strong leadership qualities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of mechanical systems, motors, gearboxes, etc.
• Knowledge of electrical control systems a plus
• Trouble shooting skills.
• Previous experience in quality control functions
