Job summary
The incumbent will administer Equitable Business Opportunities (EBO) accounts and software enhancement requests for the Department's Civil Rights Monitoring and Reporting System for the Construction Program. They will also provide support, assistance and training in the use of EBO to Contractors and Department users.The job requires an understanding of Federal Equal Employment Opportunities (EEO) and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) rules and regulations as well as State Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprise (M/WBE) programs.
- Attend Pre-Construction Meetings to discuss program requirements.
- Meet with construction field staff to review training program requirements.
