    The primary responsibility of the Demand Planner is to oversee all forecasting responsibilities which support the sales and inventory objectives.

    The role plays a key support to the sales & operations planning process and drives alignment with cross functional partners such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer service and Operations.

    Lead and manage the demand review process and demand related activities of the sales & operations planning process.
    Using and maintaining demand planning software.

    Preparation of key KPI reports and analysis on forecast accuracy and demand trends to support the monthly sales & operations planning cycle.

    Maintenance and execution of forecasting using statistical, business intelligence, and market trends.
    Review new product specifications and unit production forecasts to determine materials required.
    Determine and establish optimal inventory levels based on forecast, demand variation and material lead times.
    Setup and maintain material master system planning parameters (MOQ, lead time, safety stocks).

    Collaborate with internal customers and provide a high level of customer service, including recommending solutions, resources and alternative supply options with Procurement.

    Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, and Logistics is required.
    ~Applied knowledge of forecasting, transportation, supply chain, inventory management and warehousing disciplines.
    ~ Problem-solving, negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve issues with a mature, calm, and flexible approach.
    ~ MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    ~ Ability to be flexible and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
    ~ Adaptability to Change – able to be flexible and supportive, react swiftly to and able to positively and proactively assimilate change in rapid growth environment.
    Communication – able to effectively express self verbally in a empathetic and tactful manner verbally and in writing.
