Job summary
The Forklift Operator is responsible for moving racks, glass and other materials as needed around the facility. Forklift operators in the Shipping Department are responsible for loading completed orders onto delivery trucks.Responsibilities
- Identify and transport racks of glass to and from various departments within the plant as needed.
- Obtains production schedules and/or shipping orders to identify, verify and transport racks of glass accordingly.
- Applies understanding of basic inventory skills (basic math, counting, reading and writing).
