- Provide individual, family, and group therapy tailored to developmental stages (Birth to 5, children, adolescents, transitional-age youth, and adults).
- Engage caregivers and family members to strengthen functioning, build insight, and support progress beyond sessions.
- Provide parent coaching and early childhood interventions as clinically indicated.
- Facilitate and participate in CFTs and ARTs to ensure family-driven, person-centered care.
- Conduct intake and ongoing assessments to inform diagnosis and treatment.
- Develop, update, and monitor treatment plans integrating family, school, and community supports.
- Complete documentation and progress notes in compliance with AHCCCS and agency standards.
- Respond to crises and coordinate care to ensure safety and continuity.
- Maintain a balanced caseload (approximately 40 members) and meet productivity standards.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, schools, DCS, and community partners.
- Participate in supervision, team meetings, and clinical consultations.
- Uphold professional, ethical, and documentation standards in accordance with Touchstone policies and licensing board requirements.

- Associate or Independent Licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LAC, LPC, LMFT) preferred; applicants pursuing licensure considered.
- Experience providing therapy across multiple developmental life stages, including Birth to 5.
- Strong clinical skills in family systems, caregiver engagement, and trauma-informed care.
- Experience facilitating CFTs and/or ARTs preferred.
- Valid Arizona Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Fingerprint Clearance Card (or eligibility to obtain).
- Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Microsoft Office.

General Summary:
The Therapist provides individual, family, and group therapy across all developmental life stages - from early childhood through adulthood - using trauma-informed, strengths-based, and culturally responsive practices. Family-based therapy serves as the foundation of this role, ensuring that interventions address the needs of both the individual and their natural supports while promoting lasting change. The Therapist also provides individual therapy when clinically indicated, including specialized work with children or youth when family participation is limited or not appropriate. In addition to providing direct therapy services, the Therapist must participate in or facilitate Child and Family Teams (CFTs) and Adult Recovery Teams (ARTs) as needed. The role also involves conducting intake and ongoing assessments, developing and updating treatment plans, and coordinating care with internal and external partners. This ensures that members and families receive integrated, high-quality care that supports their emotional, behavioral, and developmental well-being.
